Terms for using this site

Last reviewed October 2, 2026

These terms cover your use of this website. Reading the site means you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. The site

This site is an editorial publication from Dare Editorial. It publishes a reference guide to freshness and storage. Nothing is sold on this site. It is not possible to open an account or place an order here.

2. Age

The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you are younger, please leave the site.

3. General information

The content is general information about storage, packaging and freshness. It is not advice. It does not describe, recommend or compare any specific item, and it does not attribute any property or effect to any item.

4. Accuracy

We write with care and correct mistakes when they are pointed out. Even so, the content is offered as it stands, with no warranty that it is complete, current or without error. Diagrams marked as schematic illustrate a principle and are not measurements.

5. Other websites

Confirming your age at the top of the home page takes you to a separate website. That website has its own terms and its own privacy policy, and these terms do not apply to it. We are not responsible for the content of any website other than this one.

6. Copyright

The text and diagrams on this site belong to the publisher or are used with permission. Short quotations are welcome with a credit and a link. For longer extracts, please ask first at editor@darepouchs.com.

7. Liability

As far as the law permits, the publisher accepts no liability for loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms restricts a right you hold under mandatory consumer law in the country where you live.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are heard by the Estonian courts, with Harju County Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version on this page, with its review date, is the one in force.
